Nasdaq MarketSite & Corporate Headquarters
New York, NY
Located at the iconic corner of Broadway and West 43rd Street, the reimagined Nasdaq MarketSite serves as both a global media platform and a dynamic client experience center—symbolizing Nasdaq’s leadership in market innovation. Traditionally the backdrop for celebratory IPO bell ceremonies, the space now extends beyond its original purpose to offer a state-of-the-art, multipurpose environment that supports events, live broadcasting, and flexible corporate engagement.
Spanning multiple floors, the design integrates Nasdaq’s broadcast studios with new workspaces, hospitality zones, and event venues—most notably, a 2,100-square-foot outdoor terrace overlooking Times Square. A major centerpiece is the new Client Experience Center, capable of hosting up to 400 guests for industry and corporate events. Studio B, with panoramic views of Times Square, accommodates 150 for IPOs, interviews, and live broadcasts, while the Gallery offers an elegant venue for networking and celebration. Designed to be both immersive and adaptable, the floorplan includes boardrooms, conference rooms, huddle spaces, private offices, green rooms, a café and bar, and Nasdaq’s CEO suite. Equipped with high-end production capabilities, the facility supports everything from live market coverage to podcasts and multimedia content creation—embodying Nasdaq’s brand promise to connect clients with the “Markets of Tomorrow.”
The project achieved LEED Gold certification, reflecting Nasdaq’s commitment to sustainability through energy efficiency, responsible material choices, and innovative building systems seamlessly integrated into a sophisticated, tech-forward environment.
