Design Republic was founded by six partners who wanted to break out of cooperate hierarchies to build an equitable and empowering workplace. By focusing on people, not portfolios, they've grown their practice into a diverse and talented team of individuals who aren't afraid to take initiative, share their unique perspectives, and hold themselves—and one another-accountable.

Mentorship is essential here, and we strive to give every employee the support they need to grow and the room to explore their passions. To that end, we staff projects with experts in critical areas alongside team members who want or need to develop specific skills. We're constantly learning and growing together. This approach has made us a well-rounded and incredibly effective practice able to take on projects at any scale anywhere in the world.
