Prior to joining Design Republic, Inga held Design Principal roles at an 800-person international architecture practice and a top 10 Interior Architecture firm, working alongside the other five co-founding Managing Executives of Design Republic. Her work has been recognized with multiple awards, and multiple features in industry publications including VMSD, Retail Design and other leading outlets.
With more than 30 years of experience, Steven specializes in the planning and execution of retail environments for leading global brands. As a Managing Executive of Design Republic, Steven blends brand storytelling with operational efficiency across all the projects he touches. Prior to joining Design Republic, Steven held Principal roles at an 800-person international architecture practice and a top 10 Interior Architecture firm, working alongside the other five co-founding Managing Executives of Design Republic. His work has been featured in Interior Design Magazine, VMSD and other leading outlets.
Brook is a Registered Architect and has over 20 years of experience. As a Managing Executive of Design Republic, Brooke focuses on the Operations and Resource Management of the practice. She leads and delivers thoughtful, high-impact interiors across a variety of project types. Brooke’s creative agility and meticulous attention to detail informs every stage of a project. Prior to joining Design Republic, Brooke worked at a major NYC Architectural practice. She has been recognized in both academic and industry publications.
Eno brings over 40 years of experience to his role as Managing Executive. He leads the technical infrastructure oversite of the practice. Prior to joining Design Republic, Eno held a Principal role at a mid-size Architectural practice, where he developed his reputation as a detail-driven, solutions-oriented leader. His work has been featured in various industry publications.
Gabe has over 40 years of experience in workplace design and operations. As a Managing Executive of Design Republic, he leads the firm’s strategic planning, business development, financial oversight and cultural vision. Prior to joining Design Republic, Gabe held Principal roles at an 800-person international architecture practice and a top 10 Interior Architecture firm, working alongside the other five co-founding Managing Executives of Design Republic. Gabe is a recognized industry voice, is a guest lecturer at NYU, and has been featured in The New York Times, Contract Magazine, and on CBS Sunday Morning and other leading outlets.
Vincent has over 30 years of multidisciplinary experience as a licensed design professional, NCIDQ Certified, specializing in retail, commercial development and hospitality. As a Managing Executive of Design Republic, Vincent focuses on the marketing, branding & direction of the firm. He also leads complex, multi-region projects and drives international growth strategy. Prior to joining Design Republic, Vincent co-founded a London based office, managed middle east operations, held Principal roles at an 800-person international architecture practice and a top 10 Interior Architecture firm, working alongside the other five co-founding Managing Executives of Design Republic. His work has been featured in Interior Design Magazine, VMSD, and other leading outlets.
With over 40 years of experience, Barry is a Registered Architect licensed in multiple states. As a Managing Executive of Design Republic, Barry specializes in strategic planning and innovative workplace environments, and various specialty projects across the entire practice. Prior to joining Design Republic Barry has held Principal roles at an 800-person international architecture practice and a top 10 Interior Architecture firm, working alongside the other five co-founding Managing Executives of Design Republic. Barry is a recognized industry leader and has been featured in Interior Design, Contract Magazine and other leading outlets.
Neil has over 30 years of experience and is a licensed architect in multiple states. As a Managing Executive of Design Republic, Neil’s work combines creative vision with technical depth, particularly within the fast-evolving media sector. Prior to joining Design Republic, Neil held Principal roles at an 800-person international architecture practice and a top 10 Interior Architecture firm, working alongside the other five co-founding Managing Executives of Design Republic. Neil has been published in Sports Video Group, Broadcasting + Cable, Interior Design, and other leading publications.
Monica has over 30 years of experience and leads the firm’s integrated financial and HR systems, managing accounting, payroll, benefits, and onboarding processes. As a Managing Executive of Design Republic, her dual role ensures organizational efficiency and employee support, making her a pivotal link between operational stability and team wellbeing. Monica’s precision and versatility are essential to Design Republic’s day-to-day success.
Roger is a registered architect with over 20 years of experience across the Media & Entertainment and Corporate Workplace Sectors. As a Managing Executive of Design Republic, Roger focuses on the Operations and Resource Management of the practice. His hands-on approach ensures early problem-solving, high-quality assurance, and clear communication throughout everything he touches. He is known for his strategic project planning, collaborative leadership, and deep construction knowledge. Prior to joining Design Republic, Roger was the lead project architect on mission critical projects including data centers, base building infrastructure re-stacks and broadcast media facilities. His work has been featured in Interior Design, Mix Magazine, Contract and other leading publications.
