From street to skyline, our renovation at 576 Fifth Avenue maximizes available spaces while complementing the building’s rich historic architecture. This project encompassed of full redevelopment and modernization of this 1906 Beaux-Arts style building. Design Republic's refresh of 576 Fifth Avenue begins at street level, with a new two-story curtain wall that complements the ornate Beaux-Arts masonry façade of the original 1906 building. Inside, we relocated the lobby and elevator core to maximize the retail frontage on Fifth Avenue and update the interior finishes recalling a high-end hospitality space. At the top of the building, a modern 18,000-square-foot addition adds office space and outdoor terraces to give the historic building a new lease on life while creating inviting social places — and added value for our clients at JD Link.
