When GroundTruth (formerly xAd) set out to create a workplace that was anything but conventional, Design Republic drew inspiration directly from the company’s core values: transparency, disruption, and relentlessness. These principles shaped a bold and energetic environment that breaks away from traditional office norms.
Transparency drives the layout—there are no private offices, only open workstations and fully glazed meeting rooms. Even the CEO shares a bench with interns. The only solid element—a playful, mirrored wall separating reception from the open office—is clad in a custom “Where’s Waldo”-style graphic that sets the tone for the unexpected.
To foster disruption and innovation, collaborative zones like vibrant lounges and an open think tank challenge corporate convention, encouraging fluid dialogue and creative exchange. The brand’s signature green energizes the entire space, appearing in everything from custom perforated partitions and wall graphics to a living moss installation. This dynamic hue is echoed in a bespoke millwork spine that weaves through the space, alternating between meeting tables and upholstered booths.
The result is a workplace that feels fresh, youthful, and spirited—where bold design supports bold ideas, and play fuels purpose.
