This Louis Vuitton store in Miami’s famed Design District is a unique “one of a kind” space with a fun and distinctive feel, in step with the Miami Design District’s creative energy. The store’s 8,000 SF gallery-like white walls and combination concrete and wood floors define the envelope. The interior concept is integrates display fixtures comprised of repurposed French antique furniture defining the Travel & Leather Goods, Women’s and Men’s apparel departments. Louis Vuitton commissioned L.A.-based artist Retna to paint a mural over the smooth stucco exterior façade––a first for the company. Retna’s façade is made up of hot pinks and teals, homage to Miami’s vibrant culture. Retna also created a three piece art installation for the store’s second-story VIP area.
