Design Republic partnered with Time Warner to design the New York headquarters of Bleacher Report, a leading digital sports media platform. Spanning two floors at 1633 Broadway, the space reflects the brand’s fast-paced, fan-driven culture with an open, collaborative environment and a layered blend of lifestyle and production functionality.

The 2nd floor’s double-height volume became the heart of the workplace, anchored by a sunken skybox writer’s room, a connecting stair, and raised wood platforms that support a range of flexible team zones. A full-size basketball court and branded sports bar further blur the line between workspace and fan experience.

Designed to support a high-performance digital workflow, the 3rd floor includes state-of-the-art studios, edit bays, voice-over booths, and control rooms, along with green rooms, wardrobe, and other talent support spaces. Additional program elements—conference rooms, media labs, phone booths, and gaming lounges—ensure the space delivers on both creative inspiration and technical excellence.
