GIC engaged Design Republic at a time when their organization was experiencing exponential growth, propelling the need for a strategic overhaul to accommodate current demands and future expansion seamlessly.

The company’s vision was an innovative transformation by consolidating subleased spaces on the upper levels, specifically targeting a comprehensive renovation of the newly acquired 10th floor. This ambitious project encompassed the integration of an interconnecting stair and the creation of an amenity-rich café space on Level 10.

Design Republic’s approach was to strike a delicate balance between bold and organic elements, culminating in a café environment that not only exudes harmony but also reflects the essence of the GIC members who will inhabit and thrive within the space. Employing a natural and refined palette, a carefully designed connecting stair, and a central café that echoes the spirit of hospitality, these features will radiate energy emanating from the core. To ensure a harmonious blend of energy, strategically placed moments of respite in the form of greenery have been thoughtfully incorporated throughout the design.
