When Selendy Gay launched their namesake practice after distinguished careers at other firms, they envisioned a contemporary workspace that reflected their forward-thinking ethos. With tight timelines necessitating immediate occupancy in an existing space, Design Republic was tasked with creating a phased design strategy that balanced transformation and continuity—delivering impact while minimizing disruption and cost.

The result is a cohesive environment that seamlessly blends newly constructed zones with the existing framework. A fresh reception area anchors the entry experience with natural light and curated artwork, while thoughtfully integrated new offices, workstations, café, gym, and collaborative spaces support the team’s dynamic work culture. The centerpiece: a 5,000-square-foot terrace that extends the office outward, offering a multifunctional space for work, gathering, and celebration. Following the successful delivery of the initial two floors, Selendy Gay partnered once again with Design Republic to design an additional expansion floor.
