Van Cleef & Arpels, the storied French maison renowned for its fine jewelry, timepieces, and fragrances, entrusted Design Republic to support the realization of its Miami Design District flagship—a standout anchor within the luxury district and a radiant expression of the brand’s identity.

The three-story boutique is wrapped in a pristine stone façade, accented by bronzed petal-like forms that appear to drift across the surface—an elegant gesture inspired by the coastal breeze. Subtle LED backlighting enhances the building’s sculptural silhouette, while a double-height entry—achieved by removing a portion of the second floor—establishes a dramatic arrival and introduces the refined interior. Inside, design elements subtly echo the jewel-like petals of the façade, with vertical showcase features cascading across the ceiling in a rhythmic, ripple-like motion. A gracefully curving, ribbon-like monumental stair connects the first and second floors, reinforcing the sense of fluidity and refinement throughout the space.
