The Warner Media Innovation lab is a 20,000 square foot R&D space located in Chelsea along the High Line showcasing consumer ready experiences and technologies from the company’s many brands and relationships. It features flexible workspaces designed to foster creativity and collaboration across various departments and uses technology to facilitate productivity.

The design leverages Warner’s vast content library to inspire unique bespoke interior offices and meeting spaces, creating an eclectic feel to this industrial modern loft floor plate. The CEO’s office is reminiscent of the library in the Matrix and a CNN themed huddle room makes for a dramatic team room. A large open multi-purpose area with 25’ x 14’ LED wall becomes a focal point on this floor hosting a variety of displays, lecture style seating, and hospitality events. Its adjacency to the roof terrace allows guests to easily enjoy the outdoor space and take in the vibrant neighborhood.
The ground floor features an open gallery with an extensive projection mapping system, which can manipulate the look and feel of the interior instantly by varying the content it displays. A custom metal and glass staircase floats within the double height space and includes color changing accent lighting to compliment its surroundings.
